• ​​Meeting with clients in anticipation of drafting Last Wills, in reviewing the client's needs in Estate Planning, by ensuring their dependents are cared for, their assets are addressed, taking into consideration tax and other legal issues;

• Preparing Powers of Attorney, and in instances of diminished mental capacity, preparing Adult Guardianship Applications;

• Preparing court applications for Letter of Probate or Letters of Administration;

• Obtaining instructions for the preparation of Health Care Directives, to prepare for when clients are unable to communicate their wishes for their medical treatment.
