• Communicating with the Realtor's office to obtain conveyancing instructions or drafting Offers to Purchase when not represented by a Realtor; 

• Drafting all necessary documents for successful sales and purchases and completing all necessary searches with Information Services Corporation and Tax Searches, registering documents with Information Services Corporation;

• Reporting to clients and financial institutions.
